ah.. grad nite is over and a foreign feeling stirs up inside of me.. its like part happiness with many parts sadness and nostalgia, a little fear of the future and like.. not wanting my life to change. yeah, its smt like that.

well, it started off pretty well.. the three of fus, neng yen and me made it there real early. so i led them off to the arcade.. which of course, they thought was just idle wandering cos i dint tell them where i was headed to x) when we reached the pool cum arcade area, bumped into a few more of our people. oh. as a sidenote, to all drummers out there - never drum in long sleeves using the (extra-heavy) drumsticks provided by the arcade =)

anw, the doorgift was a lame calculator with the cat high crest on it. and a $10 seoul garden voucher x) and a cd with two of our farewell videos in it. omgz re-watching the videos again was like.. my eyes were damn wet after they were over la.

honestly, the food at the oriental wasnt fantastic.. i tot the soup, prawns fish and fried rice were the best parts of all. dessert was gross la. the mango pudding was like flooded in mango powder.. or whatever la. my pudding was like. not smooth and silky like pudding shd be -.-;; i also thought that the sliced sea whelk was bleh =x our menu was smt like

1 - appetiser (baby octopus, spring rolls, some other rolls that tasted like otah and jellyfish)
2 - soup (chicken broth with all sorts of nice ingredients)
3 - fried roasted chicken
4 - prawns in some sauce. the prawns weren't big.
5 - sea whelk. *barf*
6 - FIIIISHHHH!!!! haha (neko-kuns are good at eating fish. rite neng? x))
7 - fried rice (omg serving was so small..)
8 - dessert. *barf again*

hm. now i'm thinking that maybe an international buffet wld be better than an asian 8-course. but i voted for the international buffet that time lor.. and so did many others. but i tink the oriental hotel dont serve buffets cos their ballroom cld hardly fit all of us in. it looked like a squeeze at first la. but anyhow everyone managed to fit in with lots of elbow room.

coolest part abt everything was that our dinner wasnt just.. "dinner". there was ALWAYS smt going on while we were eating. like some band performance called the i dunno. sounded like the 'echo group' from NTU. and then a magic performance. then the lucky draws.. and stuff. omg the lucky draws must haf been rigged or smt la. i mean rite, out of 40 prizes, u'd tink that they wld be more or less evenly distributed rite. BUT IT WAS NOT!!! 4-8 got 1 winner. 4-10 had 2. 4-9 had 2. 4-11 had a few more. 4-3 had half a class. 4-4 had abit less than half a class. i mean wtf? hmph. not happy abt that -.-;

oh yeah! the model de monsieur thingy too. shaun got in the top three! haha. shaun's not me la. shaun heng =PpPp cheer for him until throat pain ah.. then in the last part he dun dare to dance the numa numa.. so quite obvious no supporters lor. everyone flocked to clarence and mark got a bit more. shaun heng only got the two stars from our two tables -.-;; but he got into the top 3!! haha.. jia you wor!

shi kai got into the preliminaries too. 9 other ppl were. but for some reason when we were told to cheer for the contestants one by one to decide their fate, no one cheered shikai =x and jlau got the loudestestest cheer lor! it was damn kewl la.. but he got kicked in the 2nd rd when ppl stopped cheering for him =x

it was raining.. and it was so warm.. and it was so humid.. omgz couldn't even walk in the rain ard orchard lor. wanna get back into marina square frm oriental also hard. stupid marina square ppl lock up so many doors.. its like they dun wan ppl to enter their building at (mid)nite la. piangz. so i ended up at cineleisure pooling. and i bumped into like. so many 2703 and 410/411 05 ppl there.. all the 4805 ppl went home. WALAU WHY U PEEPS DUN WANNA STAY OUT!??!?! T.T

the funnerest part was picture taking after the dinner x) i took like, sooooo many pics i think it was almost unnatural lor. anw rite. the funniest part was when dennis, i and a few other ppl went to find one of the waitresses to take a pic with her. oh yeah.. did i mention that sooooo many of the waitresses there were like. damn chio?!?! omgz xD then when we reached one of the waitresses on her way out, dennis asked her to take a pic with us.

can u believe it? she gave that kind of like. very mian qiang but also like damn disgusted look lor. haha.. then she said smt like 'can i come back later?' but quite obvious it was an attempt to pangseh us la xD so she left lor. so no pics with pretty waitresses T.T anw i almost killed xuhau when i took a pic with him. cos it was sooooo hard to find him jus now that when i found him i slammed him in the back a few times and screamed 'I NEED TO TAKE A PIC WITH YOOOOOOO!!!!!!' everyone there was staring x)

i also took a pic with the undisputed craziest dresser in the ballroom that day!! yong lian was dressed as a female!! omgz =x he was like, in a green sweatshirt with a i-dunno-what colour tee underneath. and a knee length skirt and stockings. and nets around his arms. and A LOT of makeup. he looked totally weird.. so i thought. 'i need to take a pic with him x)' so even tho i dunch know him, i still took a pic with him x)

then there was the 2703 pic(s). i think i got anal-ed by jason =\ its like we were squeezing on stage and we asked the student leaders on duty to help us take pic.. then they say were too far apart.. so SQUEEEEZZZEEEE!!!! then ppl started piling up frm above.. and i was rite in front and rite below.. then jason started wriggling.. omg it was like i cld feel his lj lor =xx HOW DARE U err. outrage my modesty? heh. HOW DARE U!!! but the 2703 pics had better turn out good. one normal pic. one pic with our classic sec 2 class photo pose and one pic with the 'u want to eat?' or 'wtf' hand sign that 4-10 did in their class photo x)

ahhh.. all the fun of a graduation dinner.. oh yesh. pics will come later when i request them from the camera owners. i'll find some album to put them in.. erhh. hm.

I AM TIRED!!!! i need to slp.. if not my competition on thursday mite as well forfeit =x

haha..

how was the picture yesterday? hehe. just to clear things up, my hair isn't white now xP i actually bleached it until it was like, TOTALLY white (OMGZ I LOVED IT x)) and then i put blue dye over it. but the blue dye's so dark that u cant see it. yet. it'll hafta fade for a while before u can see it clearly. i mean like. everytime when i shower, my shampoo foam is blue. hehe. now its just visibly purple in the sunlight.. hopefully by tuesday nite it's nice and bright.

oh, and btw. it took me 6 hrs yesterday to get this done. omgz bleached at least 7 times. i coulda sworn i heard my fringe screaming for mercy x) WAIT! WAIT WAIT!! not my entire head's purple. only my fringe. hehe i sound like some purple freak now rite.. blog's purple, hair's purple.. the blog will be brown and black near christmas. and the hair will be creamy near christmas too. it'll fade to ard that shade.

physics paper 1 was a big bore. each and every single qn is like, so direct.. except for a few. like that qn 3.. which up till now i still considering. but hey, the rest of the paper was easy. too easy, in fact. luckily there was paper 2 to balance things out. i think paper 2 was harder.. though not the hardest paper i've seen. i think it was harder than prelim 1 physics.. surprise surprise.

a maths.. the bane of my existance.. no wait. that was for history. or ss. anw.. i've been doing abt 3 hrs of differentiation and i'm abt to peng.. ytd couldn't study cos i was out the whole day.. can u believe it? i'm still in the midst of the o lvl and i went out to toa payoh, then plaza sing, then the airport, then tiong bahru plaza.. OMGZ ytd reach home i stay awake for a shooooort while more then i just died on my bed and slept for 10 hrs =D

after the o lvls.. jap, drums, 2 chalets, christmas, millions of outings.. I CANT WAIT O.O;;;;;;;;;;

today's maths was hm. more challenging than paper 1.. i dint really like the paper tho.. was too hard for me ^^; i mean, where got so zhun spot circles then fist and third qn come out circles de.. is impossible.. no way. same as ytd bio lor.. spot the micro-orgs and manufacturing processes.. first qn i see is cheese.. apparently the maths and sciences are getting quite predictable while the humanities are erm. totally off. repeat qns from last year so a lot of us not prepared =
alright.. its time to take a short break.. monday will be the last time for us to say 'the o levels are coming' after that it'll be 'huh? its already over?'

ahh.. my big day finally over. after today i wun be so stressed out le.. i mean. bio and geog.. wonder which loser made these arrangements xD

geog was ums. manageable, even easy... but i dunno why. i just dont have a good feeling abt it.. just.. not good.. ah. hope my hunches fail me this time. i need to chiong my paper 1 for geog le. next wednesday.

bio was. unreal. just unreal.. i have NEVER seen a paper in which out of 8 qns, one qn (q5) is a free qn of 12 marks (max. 80) and each of q 1 to 4 have at least 3 free marks like 'state the process. photosynthesis. HOORAY!! ONE FREE MARK!!' -.-;; essay qn8 OR can smoke using geog.. then aiya. i dunno how more i can emphasize that it was easy. current easy papers ranking: 1st is bio followed by maths. but easy papers aren't good. cos EVERYONE will do so well that my A1 will be very elusive.. the practical paper is now the deciding factor. and i think i screwed my prac. o well..

oh yes. i forgot to say this ytd, but qichao is alright le.. thank God ^^;

today was english and... *vomit*

it was a very fun paper =)

compo was alright.. but the expo like. abit never-before-seen de.. a career one of the most important decisions one has to make. what are the factors influencing this choice? and the other one is something like 'parents and teachers are partners in a child's education'. in what way are parents and teachers able to contribute to a child's education?

WHY NO ARGUMENTATIVE DE?!?!?!?!

functional was alright. but i missed out on stuff. supposed to comment on all three, but i dint =\ so. hehe. functional i'll prolly just pass or smt.

compre was fun. it was harder than most of the o level compres i've done.. and well. maybe same standard as some of the other sch's prelims. vocab - embellishment relic voraciously infernal and the last one = i forgot. but seriously.. hard.

1. always - and i repeat - always say stuff that concerns the person ur smsing, or at least something he/she is interested in. i mean, what the hell "hey guess what i met *insert celebrity* at *insert place* and hes so cool!" my reply? ' what do u want.' hehe. i mean, how do u reply to this stuff? well.. if it were ai otsuka i'd easily reply la xD but if its someone that i really cant be bothered with like the project superstar or some foreign celebs.. i really wun care nor reply to the sms =PP

2. try to make ur sms at least... lively? starting it with a "sian.." is hardly the way to go especially if its the first sms. for example -- "sian.. so boring at home.." is ur sms. my reply - "...so?" perhaps u could say "hey, i'm bored at home.. wanna go out somewhere?" i mean. at least theres some enthusiasm there. look at it this way - ur talking to another person! a computer may reply to ur "sian... _______" sms but some of us humans wont =)

3. please try to keep to a topic when u send the first sms in a conversation. never go "...sian..." in the first sms and leave it at that. cos it shows a total lack of interest in what ur saying - i mean, if ur so bored go and sleep or smt.. why ya smsing me? so u need to have something to talk abt.. like something u like, or ur problems.. or gossip abt people.. (hehe. ~_^)

4. chain smses are just irritating. if its not a greeting, or an exam good luck thingy.. just dont send it to me. others mite not mind, but i do. at the back of the sms if it says "send this to 20 people and u wont have to die" i'll send it to you 20 times xDDDD okay. this is just basically what i hate.. but i'm sure some people feel the same way.. right? right?

haha.. just kidding. these are actually my smsing pet peeves.. stuff that i just haaaaaaaaaate. so well, if i miss an sms u mite understand why xD if it were unintentional i would call you back and apologise tho. but if i miss an sms and i dont follow it up with an apology or a reply.. well. refer here and check to see if your sms falls into any of these categories =PpPp same for msn. they're interchangeable. except that in msn theres nudging.. omg i blast music and joel nudges me xD i killed him o.o; haha.. but once in a while still can la.. but just dun overdo it. its reeeaaaally annoying.

and well. my newest blogskin is coming along nicely. but its really similar to jas lee's skin - 'i'll be watching over you' so i wonder if i should use it.. anyway a new skin will be up by 221105, so watch out for it!

after some work.. i realised that my image looks really similar (we're talking abt.. like. almost exactly identical! =s) to bryan's blogskin (which is made by jas).. wonder if i wanna use it. later that jas person find me and come after me.. o.o;

well, i still gotta lotta time before 221105 comes, so i can take my time xD anw, at the rate this is going i can get it up and running even before the first wk of the o's is over.. but i've already got inspiration for my 9th skin.. sir inspiration is kicking me too many times today xD

hm. just finished study session 1 of 2 hrs.. geography. i'll have more opportunity tonite anw.. maybe anudder 3 hrs, so i'm taking a break now.

yaknow, i seem to have many unconventional methods of detecting bad news... one is that eye twitching thingy which everyone understands. another one is when i glance somewhere and notice a certain CGS girl that i know. (no prerana, not u =PpP) the third is another one.. as some ppl know, i have a double eyelid in my right eye, and none in my left. well, here's the catch. when i get a double eyelid in my left eye something's gonna happen. the last time i cldn't confirm anyth, but this time.. well, i cant say for certain, but its pretty coincidental.

this happened - my great grandma passed away ytd. (96! o.o;)

and sure enough, i had a double eyelid in my left ytd (if u guys had an eye for detail u wld haf noticed =P)(and no alvin, this is not what i was referring to in our msn convo ytd =PPPPP) so yeah.. tonite i'll be going down to the funeral wake, and for the next few days until friday too.. so i'll haf a lotta time to mug too.
