Rules that guys wished that girls knew. i shall now post them here.

1. if you think you're fat, you probably are. dont ask us. we refuse to answer.
2. learn to work the toilet seat. you're a big girl. if its up, put it down.
3. do not cut your hair. EVER. long hair is always more attractive than short hair. one of the big reasons guys fear getting married is that married women always cut their hair, and by then, you are stuck with her.
4. birthdays, valentines and anniversaries are not quests to see if we can find the perfect present yet again.
5. if you ask a question you dont want an answer to, except an answer you do not wanna hear.
6. sometimes, we are not thinking about you. live with it.
7. do not ask us what we are thinking about unless you are prepared to discuss such topics like sex, sports and other girls.
8. sunday = sports. its like the full moon or the changing of the tides. let it be.
9. shopping is not a sport, and no, we are never going to think of it that way.

15. no, we do not know what day it is. we never will. mark anniversaries on a calendar. remind us frequently beforehand.
16. most guys would own three pairs of shoes, tops. what makes you think we'd be good at choosing which pair, out of thirty, would look good with your dress?
17. yes and no are perfectly acceptable answers to almost every question.
18. come to us with a problem only if you want help solving it.
sympathy is what girlfriends are for.
19. foreign films are best left to foreigners.
20. check your oil, please.
21. anything we said 6 months ago is inadmissible in an argument.

22. if you wont dress like the victoria's secret girls, dont expect us to act like soap opera guys.

23. if something we said can be interpreted two ways, and one of the ways makes you sad or angry, we meant the other.
24. let us ogle. we are gonna look anyway, its genetic.
25. dont rub the lamp if you dont want the genie to come out
26. you can either ask us to do something OR tell us how you want it done -- not both. if you already know how best to do it, dont bother asking us.
27. whenever possible, please say whatever you have to say during commercials.

29. women wearing wonderbras and low-cut blouses lose their right to complain about having their boobs stared at. more women should wear wonderbras and low-cut blouses. we like staring at boobs.
30. the relationship is never going to be like it was the first two months we were going out. get over it. and quit whining to your girlfriends -- like their relationship is so much better.
31. all men see in only 16 colours, like a windows default setting. peach is a fruit. so is pumpkin. we dont know what mauve is.
32. if it itches, it will be scratched. we do that.
33. we are not mind readers and we never will be. our lack of mind reading ability is not proof of how little we care about you.
34. if we ask what's wrong and you say 'nothing', we will act like nothing's wrong. we know you are lying. its just not worth bothering about.

sometimes i think i'm going nuts.

just now i went to draw money. so i pressed the usual stuff, etc. then my card came out and my ledger balance was on the screen. i grabbed my card, stared at the balance abit, then kept my card and walked off. after i took a few steps, i felt a finger tap my shoulder and i saw this girl standing there. she said "your money" and held a 50 buck note in her and gave it to me.

the worst thing is, i said 'oh my god', took the money, then walked away. I FORGOT TO THANK HER!! AHHHHHHHHHHH

so i dont think she'll see this, but i must say THANKS A LOT and kudos to you. ^^;

bleh. minus points to me. T.T


anyway, random point, but its quite thrilling to notice a girl staring at me as i walk past. thrilling cos its like. is it a good or bad thing? like. is there something on my face? kinda thing.



but yeah. i cant believe i was so rude just now to her. bleh. i got too many things on my mind right now. gotta re-learn my manners.

it seems like my depressing period of the year is beginning. it seems like its getting earlier and earlier every year o.O

anyway people that have known me since long ago and are observant enough would notice this little trend. i think only xuhau and michelle would know actually.

ahh but yup. expect fewer entries (more will go into the private blog ;D) and abit more emo posts and stuff. and please dont take my msn nicks wrong k. i just think emo nicks are nicer than bright, happy ones. they reflect my personality a little better. ^^;

anyway, i was just thinking. since i'm the only one doing what i do in the office, what happens if i break out in shingles and take 3 weeks' mc? will there be 3 weeks of mp letters for me to reply when i get back?

i realised i havent blogged in the past like 10 days, so before i forget i shall blog now.

cny! its interesting how people start asking you different questions as you grow up. for instance, when young, they'd ask you whether you liked your cousins. my cousins are pretty hot, but back then girls were totally out of my mind. little boys hate little girls. ;D then later on when i reached sec sch they'd ask if i'd be getting a girlfriend soon. back then, i'd tell them that its hard. i was honest and not so egoistic. now, they ask where my girlfriend is. and i'd tell them that she's at home waiting for me. hahaha.

but they dont know how pressurising the questions are. i mean asking me where my gf is obviously implies that they want to see her. and happens that mine is a shy girl that would rather hide in in a corner and not socialise lah. so its tough on me. cos it means i gotta hide in the corner with her -.- not that i mind. usually. but cny is for my relatives! so i cant be so evil and pei her all day lah. yes. their innocent questions are very pressurising. bleh.

but okay lah. this years' cny got abit boring cos i refused to gamble and since all the cousins are growing up we started to clique. yes. even cousins clique. and theres already so few of us. hahaha. so there was ice to break even amongst cousins. bleh. owells. pretty boring cny. but it was 2 days of public hols, so i definitely dint mind ;D

my mum received news from moe yesterday morning that the results would be out only in early march,like around the usual time. so dont hope for too much. ^^;

my upper at work (camp) is disrupting wef tomorrow, so it means i'm on my own now. kinda like i'm graduated from clerk training. owells. ><

sentry duty is fun, not like the boring stuff they said. qingxiang has been lying to me. ;o

the NSFs are not feeling very happy right now. the MPs are also working pretty hard, i think.

some idiots appeal twice and send me two letters before we can even clear the reply for the first one.

does anyone know how to get to kallang leisurepark? (if that's even what its called) ><

cathay's weekend prices are like 1050!!! ZOMG.

...and my stitches decide to kick me again. -.-;

my entire weekend was ruined thanks to the stupid stitch lah. okay maybe not entire weekend. but my sunday was definitely bleh cos of it. i had to skip drums cos of the stupid irritation lah. not to mention that my previous appointment with my doc was only 3 weeks ago? so annoying lah. lucky the saf 11b covers expenses. else its another hundred bucks down the drain.

and this time it's just one loose stitch. ONE. causing me so much irritation. argh. stupid things. not to mention that they're finer than our hair. that means that as a piece of dirt you'd never pay any attention to it. you prolly wont even notice it enough to pay attention to it. and this stupid tiny thing ruined my weekend.

and even after removal the stitch still shows its effects. my eye still hurts when its in a well-lit environment, well-lit being today's 4pm lighting or brighter. which isnt very bright. bleh.

bleh. okay. ranting time over. one good thing is that i get 2 days' mc. ;D then i go back to camp on wednesday for a half day. interestingggg. hahaha.

so its another day of rest at home tmr. x)

today was my department's cny function!

i arrived at like 1015 and met lucas right there (in chinatown point). it was quite strange why there was noone else at first, but we later discovered that they were all chilling in macs. so we left for the restaurant at 1045.

the stuff that happened was fairly interesting lah. played some games and then had lunch. the games werent spectacular and the good wasnt amazing. so it was just an average kinda thing.

but the most interesting thing is that we were let off at about 230. that's 2 and a half hrs earlier than a usual friday. and we only had to report by 1030. that's 2 and a half hrs later than a usual friday. so this day was like cool. ;D

and then i went and did valentine's shopping! its so impossible to find something good and not pricey lah. or maybe i'm just bad at it =x

anyway, today as i was walking home i saw another totally mismatched couple. this whale of a guy with this hot girl. life isnt fair huh.

or maybe i just need to be content with what i have/dont have.
